Kyungmin Jung

Kyungmin is an M.A. student in the department of Film and Media Studies. She received a B.A. in Media and Communications from Sookmyung Women’s University in South Korea. Her current research explores films directed by independent women filmmakers from South Korea and Singapore. She focuses on how two films read together from transnational feminist perspective articulate the systemic oppression shared in Asia and the resistance of women.
